We consider a range of factors before selecting a branding technique, including: garment style, fabric type, intended use and client preference. This ensures your branding not only looks exceptional but also performs as intended in real-world conditions.

Specialist vinyl
The majority of our kit is branded using specialist vinyl, heat-applied to the fabric for a clean, modern and durable finish. Combined with our in-house equipment (including a studio printer, multiple heat presses and a highly experienced team), this gives our studio the capability to deliver consistent, high-quality results across a wide range of apparel.
Heat-transfer vinyl offers exceptional clarity and versatility, making it ideal for detailed logos, large back graphics, fine lines and complex graphics that can be difficult to achieve with embroidery. Applied flat to the fabric, it preserves the natural stretch, breathability and comfort of technical and lightweight garments – particularly important for waterproofs, UV tech tops, softshells and performance fabrics. Before we heat-press the vinyls onto the garment, we will share an image of the vinyls in position for your comments and approval.
Embroidery
Crew Kit offers high-quality embroidery as a premium branding option for garments that benefit from a classic finish. We stock an extensive range of colours and can order any others to match your colour palette. Stitched directly into the fabric, it offers exceptional longevity and resistance to wear, washing and environmental exposure, making it ideal for heavier cotton garments such as polos, fleeces, Oxford shirts and caps. Before we brand your order, we will share a stitched sample for approval (see the Rolex Fastnet graphic example).
Design
Our in-house design team provides a complete artwork service, from refining existing logos and graphics to developing entirely new brand elements and bespoke illustrations. We advise on layout, sizing, placement and colour to ensure every design translates cleanly across a wide range of garments and branding methods.
